           1. From the date of sale, within one month (including one month), Hangzhou Chenxiao Technologies's products and their accessories which can not be used normally due to quality problems can be returned, exchanged or maintained.

                   (1) If you need to return the goods, please send the purchased products and all the accessories and invoices back to us. We will refund you at the purchase price and return the goods free of charge. If the products or accessories you send back are incomplete, the cost will be charged.

                   (2) If you need to exchange goods, please send the purchased products or accessories and invoices back to us. We will exchange goods for you free. If the products or accessories you send back are incomplete, the cost will be charged. If you change the same type of products, you do not need to send back the invoice.

                   (3) If you need maintenance, please send the products or accessories you purchased back to us. We will repair them for you free.

    ​​​​​​​       4. During the warranty period, you need to pay the freight to us. We are responsible for paying the freight to users or distributors. In addition to the warranty period, you need to pay for transportation. We will provide you with lifelong maintenance services at maintenance cost.

           6. When you mail your products or accessories back to us, you have to bear the risks arising in the course of delivery.            7. When any of the following happens, you will not be able to enjoy after-sales warranty service:
