Conflict minerals, also known as 3TG, include tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold. Although Hangzhou Chenxiao does not directly purchase any raw 3TG minerals from our suppliers, it does purchase components from our suppliers that may contain 3TG extracted from mines in the Democratic Republic of the Congo or neighboring countries.

Hangzhou Chenxiao expects each of our suppliers to implement the following practices:

• Adopt a responsible mineral procurement policy and communicate this requirement throughout their supply chain.

• Implement due diligence processes and mitigation plans to support this policy.

• Provide training and guidance to relevant employees on responsible procurement policies, due diligence processes, and mitigation plans.

• Purchase materials from suppliers with a sense of social responsibility.

• Complete the CMRT promptly and return it to us, while providing us with all other information we may request regarding the mineral sources in the products they supply.

If Hangzhou Chenxiao discovers that a supplier does not meet the supplier requirements stipulated in this policy, we will implement our own escalation process and take appropriate measures to remedy the situation, including the possibility of terminating the supplier relationship.
